World-class education and certification: modernized prep materials, consistent assessment standards across disciplines, and education teams that bring national-caliber training to home mountains from Whitefish to the Black Hills.
Professional Sustainability
Snow sports instruction should be a career, not just a season. We’re expanding scholarship funding, building clearer career pathways from Level I to education staff, and advocating for instructors as professionals across the industry.
Universal Access
Making instruction — and the sport itself — available to everyone: growing adaptive programs, supporting school outreach across four states, and lowering barriers to entry for new instructors from every background.
